  • Encourage on‑the‑go practice: Provide mobile‑friendly resources so your team can practise building searches or setting up campaigns whenever they have a few spare minutes. Regular repetition builds confidence.

  • Focus on real scenarios: Create exercises that mirror real prospecting situations. Ask learners to build a LinkedIn search for a specific persona, create a Dux‑Soup sequence for that list and enter responses into HubSpot. Practical exercises reinforce the concepts and make them easier to apply later.
